CGX Annual & Special Meeting to be Broadcast by Live Webcast

Toronto, Ontario - CGX Energy Inc. (OYL - TSX-V) wishes to inform shareholders that the Company’s Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 4 pm at the Toronto Board of Trade, 1 First Canadian Place, Toronto, Ontario (the “Meeting”). The Meeting will be broadcast by live webcast for those shareholders who aren’t able to attend the meeting in person.
